Treatment Approaches

My therapy and assessment styles are relational; so if you do not vibe with me, I will help you find another therapist.

I use a trauma-informed and affirming approach. I do this by trying to create safety in our interactions, remembering that you are the expert in your life, focusing on empowerment, and seeking correction and feedback. I also use a evidence and strength-based approach to improve areas that need development.
